He/She have to do their job properly.
He/She must not be late.
He/She have to be understanding, caring, not stingy.
He/She have to be cheerful, helpful, firm, trustworthy.
He/She have to know what's right and wrong, shouldn't be bias at all times.
He/She should be knowledgeable.
He/She have to be patient, wise and smart.
Only then the worker can trust him/her, willing to work for him/her wholeheartedly.
If there is one criteria that He/She is lacking, that would lead to unhappiness and thus high turnover rate.
