Friday, July 27, 2007 It is difficult to change, but it is wise to change for the better. No one like changes, but, if there is no changes, there won't be improvements. At the end of the day, sacrifices have to be made. How willing you are to sacrifice some thing for another thing? It is just selfishness and stubborness that will make someone worse off. To be in control is very important, especially to be in control of your emotion!

He/She have to do their job properly.
He/She must not be late.
He/She have to be understanding, caring, not stingy.
He/She have to be cheerful, helpful, firm, trustworthy.
He/She have to know what's right and wrong, shouldn't be bias at all times.
He/She should be knowledgeable.
He/She have to be patient, wise and smart.
Only then the worker can trust him/her, willing to work for him/her wholeheartedly.
If there is one criteria that He/She is lacking, that would lead to unhappiness and thus high turnover rate.
