When someone tried to change the bad situation, a good manager suddenly come to rescue the bad manager, if an employee already made up their mind, it means that everything has been too late to be changed. there is nothing that could change a bad situation, as the bad manager have made the employee leave without a choice. Even a soft hearted someone, will not have a second thought to stay. It is wrong in the beginning and times have given too much chance for the bad manager to make ammendments. It is now too late and the bad manager can only get the consequences of the actions done.

Some people are just not suitable to become a manager. No matter how much a person change, the character, the personality stays throughout. It is just feel more irritating to have such a numb feel manager. Thought that He/She is the best, on the top of the world. If He/She didn't show her capability, then no one will know. Please, don't expect anyone to behave the same way like you, or have the thinking or mindset like you. Everyone is unique, they should be motivated in a different ways. eventually, we don't owe our living for you. So please look yourself in the mirror and see if you are suitable to become a manager!!!

Being a superior, they must know their employee very well, what they like and what they don't like and don't irritate the employee. It is a childish act to behave in such a way. I cannot imagine of how some people can become a manager, when He/She is very childish, in terms of behaviour. It is important to be wise and to know how to control the employee, to get the employee respect. You have to respect others before expecting others to respect you back. Its always a vice versa, eventhough you are a superior, eventually, we all human beings, and each doesn't owe a living to the others.

It is difficult to change, but it is wise to change for the better. No one like changes, but, if there is no changes, there won't be improvements. At the end of the day, sacrifices have to be made. How willing you are to sacrifice some thing for another thing? It is just selfishness and stubborness that will make someone worse off. To be in control is very important, especially to be in control of your emotion!

Good Manager is a responsible Manager.
He/She have to do their job properly.
He/She must not be late.
He/She have to be understanding, caring, not stingy.
He/She have to be cheerful, helpful, firm, trustworthy.
He/She have to know what's right and wrong, shouldn't be bias at all times.
He/She should be knowledgeable.
He/She have to be patient, wise and smart.
Only then the worker can trust him/her, willing to work for him/her wholeheartedly.

If there is one criteria that He/She is lacking, that would lead to unhappiness and thus high turnover rate.
